She was having 2-3 pieces a day and cut down to one and started dropping. We could only work out that it was the natural sugars in fruit that was holding her back!#fatfreefloozyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17692125431299326411noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6107955548879655396.post-18155191174089060832011-02-07T16:29:44.442-08:002011-02-07T16:29:44.442-08:00Hi,
You really are an inspiration. This journey ...Hi,

You really are an inspiration. This journey is not about perfection but the progress and learning that we make on the way.

Going under 100 is a huge achievement and it could be a mental block. Our weight can vary so much day to day so I suggest as its sounds like it is becoming a little destructive to only weigh in once a week.

I would suggest to also keep going on the 12WBT plan for another month and see how it is going. It may take your body a while to get used to it.

If that does not work maybe try upping you intake to 1500 Cals and see what happens.

I think that since you have signed up and paid the money you owe it to yourself to give the program a go and not "tweek it" as you go. We are all guilty of doing this, but we probably shouldn't.Alexhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11176491936842048279noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6107955548879655396.post-24187161011497085932011-02-05T23:59:50.792-08:002011-02-05T23:59:50.792-08:00In your imperfection lies truth. None of us know the 'true' path, but instead try, sometimes fail, succeed, try again. Its normal!

You are being true to yourself by questioning where you have come from and where you are going. Its the way we learn.

I would say that its also normal to have a bit of a 'moment' when you are approaching a milestone such as going under 100 will be. Also.... we have plateaus. Its normal.

I read a really good blog from bitchcakes about her journey to goal. Don't know if you read her, but she's a prolific blogger from New York who took over 4 years to lost 70 lbs, but found a whole different person on her journey.

http://msbitchcakes.blogspot.com/Nataliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18078084529495765441noreply@blogger.com
